well, this bird was a lucky treat for me. I actually nearly go introuble with the police trying to get the photo lol. I was walking, and saw a gold finch (mostly around during the summer only) and, lookd at where it landed and saw this beauty. It was way too far to get an acceptable shot, so i did what i could to get close, and, it kept hoppin from tree to tree as i moved closer. Then, it wnt onto a park area that isnormally open to the public, but was closed off. Right as i start to try and go to the park area, i see a cop roll up. and i take a step back. The guy just stared at me for about 45 minutes and luckily for me, the bird didn't move. And, since my lens was large enough, that i just held it up, he probably thought i could get good shots from there . Once he went away, i waited 5 minutes, and sprinted over to take a few photos then got out before i got in trouble. Also, i know what they are because onsome photography websites i go on, they tell you the name.
